Virgin sea salt is created thanks to great experience and an exceptional environment in a protected landscape area. The canals bring water to the salt ponds, where this amazing salt is created. All this under strict requirements for ecology and sustainability. All the salt is collected by hand and then left to dry directly in the sun to preserve all its properties.
This sea salt contains a large number of health-promoting substances that cannot be found in other salts due to industrial processing. Our salt boasts a high content of iodine and magnesium in its natural form. It also has a low % of sodium chloride, making it suitable for children and people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
